What we’re doing to safeguard our team, our clients and the wider community
Acumenica would like to announce that, effective immediately, the following measures have been taken in light of the Covid-19 outbreak:
We will be not be having face to face meetings with anyone from outside our team
Until further notice we will be unable to have meetings of any type, in any location. Telephone calls and Zoom sessions are always available.
We will not be able to accept unscheduled visitors to our offices
Even when we have team members in the office, the front door will be closed. If you need to deliver paperwork or documents, and if these cannot be scanned and emailed or uploaded to our systems, please call us on 03330 155 559 to arrange for a secure drop off to be made.
Remote working for our team
While we have not yet made this compulsory, all our team will be encouraged to work from home whenever possible. There are a few technical issues we need to iron out before we can fully commit to this for the whole team, but we expect that we will be completely remote with effect from Thursday 19th March 2020.
Please note that even in these difficult times, we remain committed to providing our clients with the high level of service you have become accustomed to and, by and large, it is business as (nearly) usual at Acumenica. The phones will still be answered, we’ll still get your emails, and we’ll still be working hard for you. Things might be a little slow to begin with but we’ll get there.
